1. Please enable Pro Controller Wired Communication in the Switch console. You can do this by going to System Settings > Controller and Sensors > Pro Controller Wired Communication. Set Pro Controller Wired Communication to On. 2. Plug the Switch console into the controller.
3. After you have plugged the console into the controller, press the A Button on the controller to connect to the console. 4. Finally, please calibrate the thumbsticks before first use. See below for how to do this. Do not touch the thumbsticks or other keys when installing and plugging in the console, as this prevents automatic calibration. If the thumbsticks are drifting during use, please unplug the console from the controller and reinsert it, or attempt thumbstick calibration again.
1. Press the HOME Button to return to the console
home page and select System Settings. 2. Select the heading Controllers and Sensors and
then select Calibrate Control Sticks. 3. Follow the instructions as shown below to calibrate
the thumb sticks. 4. Follow the onscreen prompts to redo the calibration
process if the thumb sticks are not working as expected.
There's a switch at the bottom left of device will allow you to charge it while it's connected. Switch it to the right to enable charging. Switch it to the left to disable charging. If that doesn't work, make sure your devices it all the down inside the holster. That switch may or may not toggle the vibration setting*
