The Early Bird reservation is available to individuals who are 18 years or older and live in eligible regions.
2. Reservation Fee:
The $50 fee does not apply towards the cost of the MKII.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
The $50 reservation fee can be refunded up to 30 days after the official pre-order period ends if you choose not to proceed with your purchase. After the 30-day period, the reservation fee will no longer be refundable.
If you purchase the product during the official pre-order period, the reservation fee will be refunded within 1-2 weeks after pre-order period.
4. Pre-Order Purchase:
To qualify for the Early Bird discount, the full payment for the MKII must be made during the official pre-order period after CES 2025. The $50 reservation fee does not guarantee any Early Bird benefits beyond the Pre-Order period.
5. Priority First Batch Access:
The pre-order guarantees priority shipment from the first batch of units once the MKII officially releases. This offer is only available to those who complete their purchase during the pre-order stage.
6. CES 2025 Ticket:
After completing your pre-order, you can request a free CES 2025 ticket by email contacting our customer service, subject to availability. Tickets will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and the company reserves the right to limit the number of tickets available.
7. Referral Rewards:
You will earn a $100 rebate only after the referred customer completes their MKII purchase, and only if neither you nor the referred customer cancels or requests a refund. Participants must follow the referral process outlined on the NexiGo website; failure to do so may result in unsuccessful referrals not being properly recorded or rewarded.
Referrals must be unique and cannot be reciprocal; each referral must involve a distinct and independent participant. For example, referral rewards will not apply if two participants attempt to refer each other to claim the rebate. In such cases, the system will award the reward to only one participant.
8. Trade-in Program:

9. Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your MKII after delivery, you can return it within 30 days, subject to the company’s return policy. All refunds and rewards will be processed after the return period ends.
10. Changes to Terms:
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
