Unless you have issues with the camera, we don't recommend any firmware updates. If you are not sure about if updates are needed, please contact our customer support cs@nexigo.com.

Step 2: Connect the camera to your computer using the included USB cable.
Step 3: Press down on the lens housing to pop out the camera body. The LED will start to flash blue, indicating that the camera is ready for use.
Step 4: Open a compatible video conferencing app. Ensure that the "Meeting 360" is selected for both audio and video.
