Return and Refund Policy

You may return any new merchandise purchased from NexiGo that is "dead on arrival" or that arrives in damaged and/or defective condition for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. NexiGo will not accept any returns sent back more than 30 days. Any orders returned outside this window and all other returns will be charged, at minimum, a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving "dead on arrival", damaged and/or defective merchandise, otherwise the return will be subject to normal restocking fees. NexiGo reserves the right to test "dead on arrival," damaged and defective returns and to impose a fee equal to, at minimum, 20% of the product sales price plus the original shipping cost if the customer misrepresents the condition of the returned product in any way. Any returned merchandise that has damages caused by improper usage, is missing original parts: including the packaging, manuals, cables, physical system hardware and/or components, is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering, or is returned outside of the 30 day return window will be subject to higher restocking fees based on the condition of the product.

Note: For orders placed during the NexiGo Aurora Pre-order period from September 27th to October 10th, returns due to customer remorse will not be accepted. If you encounter any product defects upon unboxing or within 30 days of delivery, you may request a refund on the date of receipt. To initiate a refund request, please provide a detailed description of the issues, accompanied by photos or videos, to our customer service team at cs@nexigo.com. To qualify for a return, the product must remain undamaged, and when returning the product, please include all original accessories.

A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained and is required for ALL returns. The Serial Number (SN) of the purchased item must be provided for a return to be authorized, if the SN does not match our records the return will not qualify for an RMA#. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of issuance of the RMA# at which time the RMA# expires. RMA#'s are not renewable and extensions cannot be provided. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. All accessories, manuals and cables must be included with the merchandise in the original retail box.
