A1: You can download the software from the above link directly. A2: If you want active the popup window, on your computer, go to System Settins->Devices->Autoplay to turn on Autoplay. Then choose Open folder to view files (File Explorer) as the defaultof Removable drive.
A1: Please ensure that your computer's specifications meet the minimum requirements of the system. The computer must have one of the following OS’s installed: Windows 10 64 bit / macOS 10.13 or higher.
A2: Ensure that no other program or application is currently using the camera.
A3: Ensure that your system is able to access your camera: -S1: Windows:
Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and turn on "Let apps use my camera".
Turn on each of the apps on the list where you want to use the camera. In the app you wish to use, ensure the NexiGo camera is selected as the active camera and microphone from the list of available options.
-S2: MacOS:
Go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy, select the Privacy tab. Select Camera from the list of options on the left side of the page.
Locate the apps you want to enable camera access for and check the box alongside that app’s name to enable camera access for that application.

A1: The AI tracking and framing functions are only available when using the PanoCAM Studio App. Please use the App to connect with your camera to enable the AI functionality and ensure the virtual ("Studio Camera") is selected in the video conference software.
A2: The AI functions are disabled in Manual and Global modes.
