The authorization is reserved for NexiGo Aurora and NexiGo Aurora Pro RMA replacements. To facilitate the prompt shipment of a replacement, we will temporarily hold a $1,500 authorization on your credit card. No charges will be applied if the original device is returned to us within 14 days of the RMA issuance. The authorization will be released upon the successful return of the device. However, if the original/RMA unit is not shipped back to us within 14 days, the full price of the device will be charged to your account.

1. Please ensure payment is made with your credit card to prevent charges from being posted to your card after 14 days.
2. Get an approval from our support team before initiating the authorization.
