Note:
Video may not be synchronized with audio at 4K resolution due to the differences in Mac CPU performance. But this can be synchronized with OBS.
FAQ
A: A "PanaCAM Studio App download" pop-up window will appear on the screen after the NexiGo PanaCam is connected to your PC. Select and open the html file, you can get the download link there. Or download the APP from https://bit.ly/nexigostudio.
A: 1. Please ensure that your computer's specifications meet the minimum requirements of the camera. The computer must be Windows 10 64 bit/macOS 10.16 or above. 2. Ensure that no other program or application is currently using the camera.
A: The AI tracking and framing functions are only available on the PanaCam Studio App (Not Available for Standalone Mode). Please use the APP to connect your camera to enable the AI function and ensure the virtual ("NexiGo N5000 Camera") is selected in the video conference software. Note: The AI functions are also disabled in Manual and Global modes.
