Participation Qualification

1. Anyone who registers on nexigo.com can refer friends. Once you provide a valid email address and accept the program’s Terms & Conditions, you can begin referring your friends and family.

2. You cannot refer yourself, and anyone you refer must have a unique email, IP address, and browser session, determined at NexiGo's sole discretion. Please note, that due to technical restrictions, we cannot manually correct, add, or confirm referrals if the criteria to identify orders are unmet.

Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a product purchase that meets the following criteria:

1. Made on the nexigo.com site by a person who arrives by clicking on the unique Refer-a-Friend Program link (a "Referred Customer") provided to you by NexiGo under the Refer-A-Friend Program.

2. The Referred Customer hasn’t previously purchased Aurora Pro, and they reserve the Early Bird Discount for Aurora Pro MKII and complete the purchase during the Pre-Order period.

3. Each Nexpert has a unique referral link that may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except for the Nexpert to obtain Qualified Referrals.

4. The Referred Customer and the referring Nexpert Squad member who referred them cannot be the same person (i.e. the same email, IP address, or browser session), determined at NexiGo's sole discretion.

5. NexiGo will review the referred order within 30 days. Once a referred purchase is verified, the referring Nexpert Squad member will receive another confirmation email to collect their reward. Orders are not verified if they are returned or do not meet the rules outlined above.

Referral Rewards

Nobody tells the NexiGo story better than you, our customer. So when you and your friends reserve the Early Bird Discount and complete the Aurora Pro MKII purchase during the Pre-Order period, we want to reward you. We’ll send you a $100 rebate (via PayPal or applied to your own order) for qualifying referrals within 30 days. The more friends you invite, the more you can earn.

How to Claim Your Reward

1. When someone buys through your referral link, you will see the records when you log into your account. The purchase still needs to be verified by NexiGo per the rules above.

2. NexiGo will review the referred order within 30 days. The reward is only valid if neither you nor the referred customer cancels or requests a refund.

3. Once a referred purchase is verified, you'll receive a $100 rebate. (via PayPal or applied to your own order)

Multiple Referrals

Friends referred to the NexiGo Referral Program may only use one referral link. If a Referred Customer receives links from multiple nexigo.com users, only the referral link used to make a purchase will be rewarded. Referral rewards only apply to the Referred Customer’s first purchase.

Termination and Changes

1. NexiGo may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user's ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

2. NexiGo reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove referral rewards if NexiGo notices any activity NexiGo believes is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the nexigo.com Terms of Service. NexiGo reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

3. NexiGo reserves all rights on this Referral Program.

About NexiGo Points

1. Excluded Responsibilities. Members can only earn points when purchasing
(i) eligible online products (Pre-order products do not include points). The calculation of NexiGo Points does not include shipping costs and all taxes paid by members, including but not limited to federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes. NexiGo Points are calculated based on the order total after any discounts or credits. For example, if a product that usually sells for $50 is reduced to $25, then the member can only earn NexiGo Points on the $25 order cost. Gift card purchases and vouchers cannot be counted towards NexiGo Points.
All purchases made under the following circumstances are not eligible for this rewards program:

(i) Purchases made by members before joining this program, and


(ii) Purchases made by members who do not log into NexiGo and associate their account with the member's online account,

(iii) Purchases of NexiGo products outside of the NexiGo official website, and

(iv) Purchases made by wholesale retailers.

2. Returns / Order Cancellations. Suppose a purchase order is canceled, or refunded, a credit card or gift card is rejected, or goods are returned. In that case, the earned NexiGo Points will be deducted from your account, and the deduction amount will be equal to the points earned in the original transaction, including any applicable bonus points.

3. About Free Gifts. If the product you purchase during a promotion comes with additional free gifts, the retail value of the free gifts will not be counted towards reward member credits.

Excluded Responsibilities

Each individual can only open one account. Redeemed discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes. NexiGo Points cannot be used for past purchases. NexiGo Points accumulated by different members on different accounts cannot be combined or pooled for the purchase of products or for any other reason. NexiGo Points earned in a single transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed NexiGo Points cannot be retroactively applied to any past orders. NexiGo Points have no cash value outside of the online NexiGo official website and are only valid for members in good standing. If membership is canceled, rewards will be invalidated. The entire redemption process must be completed within the valid membership lifecycle.

Credits Expiration & Time Invalidity

NexiGo Points expire 365 days from the date they are assigned to your account, so please use your points before then. The expiration time of points is subject to change at NexiGo's discretion.

Reward Redemption Cannot Be Canceled

After credits / coupons are redeemed, it is not possible to cancel the transaction and reapply the credits to your NexiGo Points account.

In Summary

Registering on nexigo.com and joining the NexiGo Points rewards program means that you agree to comply with the terms and conditions, as well as any other terms that may be related to the rewards program. If you violate the rules listed on this page, NexiGo reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or restrict the loyalty program, your account, point redemption, or any aspect of the program (including but not limited to point redemption rates and point expiration policies) at any time. Changes will be made without notice. NexiGo may make these changes, even if these changes may affect your ability to use accumulated credits. You are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of this program. The credit balance of a member should be considered correct. NexiGo has the right to determine the number of credits in its account based on its internal records related to the member's account. If the amount due on the member's receipt does not match NexiGo's internal records, NexiGo's internal records will prevail. NexiGo is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect member information. The transfer rights of points obtained or granted under this program are strictly limited. Selling points is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture or cancellation of your points, as well as the suspension or termination of your membership. All transactions involving points and all member accounts are subject to NexiGo's review and verification. If a member abuses the loyalty program or does not comply with the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, NexiGo can revoke their loyalty program membership at any time. Fraudulent or abusive behavior related to accumulating points or redeeming rewards may result in the revocation of membership in the program and may affect the member's eligibility to participate in any other NexiGo programs, whether now or in the future. Credits are non-transferable, non-revocable, and invalid outside the NexiGo official website, and purchases made outside the NexiGo website cannot earn points (including but not limited to Facebook resale groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third parties).
