0: Unless you have issues with the camera, we don't recommend any firmware updates. If you are not sure about if updates are needed, please contact our customer support cs@nexigo.com.

1: Make sure to download the authorized firmware as shown above or NexiGo customer service, unauthorized firmware will cause damage to the operating system.

 Step 1

Connect the NexiGo HelloCam to your Windows computer.

 Step 2

Download and unzip the latest firmware file HelloCam N930W_xxxxxx as shown above.

 Step 3

Double click to open the folder and find the update tool "BurnAP_256K.exe".

 Step 4

Run the update tool BurnAP_256K. Then click Burn Flash button to start the update.

 Step 5

Update successfully when result shows Burn File OK.
